Born 1966. Animation director and producer. After working as an episode director for “Eldoran Series” and “Gundam Series”, he made his debut as a director with “One Piece: Defeat Him! The Pirate Ganzack!” in 1998. Since then, he has directed many original-based works and own productions, including “PLANETES”, “CODE GEASS”, “Jungle Emperor: The Brave Can Change the Future”, “Revisions”, “Maria the Virgin Witch”, “Back Arrow” and “Skate-Leading Stars”. This time, Goro Taniguchi worked on his first directorial work “ONE PIECE” again.
Born 1973, in Saitama Prefecture. After graduating from Aoyama Gakuin University, he won the honorable mention at the Fuji Television Young Scenario Awards. Since then, he writes screenplays for movies and dramas. “My Dangerous Wife” won the Best Screenplay Award at the 3rd ASIA RAINBOW TV AWARDS and the Screenplay Award at the 5th Ichikawa Shinichi Script award. His representative works include the drama “La Grande Maison Tokyo” and “Tokyo MER”, and the movie “ONE PIECE FILM GOLD” and “Kingdom”.
